Sony PSP

To locate the serial number, open the battery compartment on the rear of your PSP. The serial number can be found on an information sticker underneath the battery itself.
Please note: This number is different to that which is on the base of the unit. You must use the serial number located on the information sticker underneath the battery when registering your PSP on uk.playstation.com/psp

Sony PlayStation 2

The serial number of your PlayStation 2 can be found on a sticker on the unit. The location of this sticker is dependant on the model of PlayStation 2 you have. The serial number itself is comprised of two letters followed by seven numbers. Please see the below example sticker for details on how this serial number will appear.

If you are using a Slimline PS2 the serial number sticker can be found on the base of the unit, however, if you are using an original PS2 the serial number is located on the rear of the unit (above the Expansion Bay).

The serial number for your PlayStation 3 can be found on the back of the console as shown below.
